Spend three nights learning or reacquainting yourself with the best yoga and breathing exercises.
Arrive Udaipur, where you are met and escorted to your hotel to check-in. This evening energize your body with yoga session that helps you open up, stretch and relax to achieve a good nights’ rest.
6:15 am to 7:45 am – Adaptability based (90 min)
Experience a Vinyasa krama Yoga session to reset circadian rhythm, adapt to a new environment, and to build energy. This session includes asanas, pranayama, and meditation.
11:00 to 12:30 or 4:00 to 5:30 pm – Dinacharya, resetting the daily routine (90 min).
Enjoy a sit-down discussion over high tea. Get in depth understanding on constructive day to day activities, breathing techniques, and healthy habits derived from Ayurveda and Yogic techniques that may be included in a daily routine. These little inclusions are powerful enough to bring about physiological transformation – to nourish body, mind and soul.
6:00 pm to 7:00 pm – Restorative yoga (60 min)
Experience a session focused on pranayama, mantras and meditation to take away the day’s fatigue and to reset oneself for a restful evening.
Post dinner (time to be decided) – Night meditation (30 min)
End the day with a beautiful night meditation to establish a peaceful sleep.
0615 to 0730 hours – Resilience based session (90 min)
Experience a session built towards learning to hold space for oneself. Discover how one can stay ‘absolutely oneself’ in an ever-changing daily scenario. Asanas, pranayama and meditation are included.
Optional: 1000 hours: Half day city tour of Udaipur.
1800 to 1915 hours – Pratyahara based yoga session (75 min)
Enjoy a fun, yet challenging way to turn the senses inward. This session helps oneself to connect to the five senses and ultimately connect to the manas tattva(mind). Beginner level asanas, pranayama and meditation are included.
Post dinner (time to be decided): Yoga nidra (60 min)
A beautiful end to the day, sleeping without sleeping, remaining a passive observer of the monkey mind. Experience a powerful relaxation technique, with a simple, guided meditation.
0615 to 0745 hours Rise and Shine 90 Minutes
Experience a session built around sun salutations. Asanas, pranayama, meditation and mantras will be included.
After breakfast, transfer from the hotel to the airport to board your flight back home.

Udaipur is one of the most romantic destinations in the world. Nestled in undulating hills, dotted with lakes, shimmering floating palaces and the beautiful City Palace, which is still home to the Maharana of Mewar. Udaipur is a city which has retained its charm and has a lot of lovely restaurants, shops, museums and activities on offer. Our itinerary has a lot of free time, to allow you to explore the destination on your own. We can of course also offer you various excursions and activities that you can choose to add on to your retreat.
The TatSaraasa Resort and Spa in Udaipur is a perfect location for a wellness retreat as it is hidden away amongst the undulating landscape of the region. Located close to a lake, this resort is contemporary and offers its clients a luxurious getaway. Their beautifully appointed rooms offer all modern conveniences. The resort also has a pool, a spa, gymnasium a multi-cuisine restaurant and a bar. The hotel is located about 40 minutes from the airport and 45 minutes from Lake Pichola. The resort also offers many activities that you can choose during your free time.
